I studied “Food & Biotechnology” at University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) Vienna, graduated in Food Technology and had a career around food analysis and food supplements/micronutrients (knowledge management team lead).
During my studies I graduated from a Yoga Teacher Training by Sonja Rössler.
2014 Start of regular Yoga teaching in several studios in Vienna
2018 ENERGETICS TRAINING (KINESIOLOGY & MORE), Certification in Holistic Pulsing and started offering Energetic Bodywork.
2020 Completion of a Sexeducation training at Liebenslust in Graz
2021 Certification as a Psychosocial Counsellor (Lebens- & Sozialberatung)
2022 Training in Family Planning & Contraception Counselling (Österreichische Gesellschaft für Familienplanung)
2023 INITIATION IN THE TEN COSMIC WISDOMS (DASHA MAHAVIDYA) - ONGOING DISCIPLE OF Simona Trandafir & SAHAJANAnda (Hridaya Yoga)

WHO AM I?
This question is the heartbeat of my existence. While the mind may offer answers, the true revelation lies in asking with the heart.
My life path has taken me from Upper Austria to Salzburg and then to pursue my studies in Vienna.
At the moment I am MAINLY WORKING AS a life and social COUNSELLOR or Coach besides Working as a SEXEDUCATION TEACHER with teenagers in many different school in vienna (PROJECT: First Love, ÖGF) and teaching yoga at Feelgoodstudios & Y.Lab Vienna.
Astrology has accompanied me for many years, providing valuable guidance through life, thanks to my mother's astrological wisdom. Human Design also resonates with me.
I live AWARE OF connection with everything, defining this as Magic. Rooted in the wisdom of Non-Duality & Tantra. In my Truth, everything is connected.
Silence is my sanctuary. IN STILLNESS I RECHARGE AND FIND DEEP GRATITUDE FOR LIFE.
