Embodied Self - Transforming ConnectionS

WHAT IS PST?

PST IS COMING HOME TO YOUR EMBODIED SELF.

IT’S TRANSFORMING CONNECTIONS WITH YOURSELF AND WITH OTHERS.

it can go far beyond just “ sex or intimacy coaching” and is a suitable model for a path to liberation into your true authentic self.

in terms of SEXUAL ISSUES, the model believes that all sexual challenges have an underlying emotional root cause.

PST focuses less on quick, superficial tricks for sexual performance and more on guiding you through an exploration of your sexuality.

It delves into understanding the impact of your past on your present, how boundary-setting influences your body, and how the nervous system shapes your sense of safety.

The process involves a gradual and secure exploration of your emotional landscape, allowing you to open up and experience your vibrancy, power, and the life-force that propels your sexuality.

It's not just about achieving immediate results but about fostering a deeper connection with your own being for long-lasting, sustainable transformation.

How does PST work?

PST Coaching begins with a personal history assessment where we start to unravel your patterns and beliefs. No somatic work is done in the first session.

In the somatic sessions, clients are fully clothed, engaging in dialogue and listening to their body’s wisdom. While touch is not incorporated, the sessions provide space for tuning into somatic sensations and embodiment exercises, a potent yet non-invasive practice.

All interactions are confidential, with exceptions only in cases of self-harm or harm to others, where appropriate action will be taken.

Monthly supervision ensures the highest ethical standards, with client information always kept anonymous. This reflective process enhances my ability to serve clients safely and ethically, maintaining clear boundaries throughout our journey.

How many sessions?

The work tends to be more short-term than long-term. Although some situations may require more regular coaching.  Even in the first session most clients can have new insights into limiting patterns of behavior and how these are affecting their present situation.

Please note: PST isn’t the right service for everyone.

If you carry a psychiatric diagnosis or struggle with addictions like alcohol or recreational drugs, PST may not be the optimal service for your current life situation.

During the assessment, other factors may emerge that could indicate our compatibility isn't suitable. This could include a strong positive or negative dynamic between us, or the availability of practitioners better suited to your needs. If such considerations arise, we will address them in the initial two sessions.

For an enriching PST experience, having some prior experience in connecting with your body and emotions is beneficial. Given the potential for deep emotional work, if you lack emotional or physical resources, PST may not be the most suitable form of support for you at this time.
